I am sincerely saddened by Marc's passing.

Although I saw him infrequently over the years, I always enjoyed his sparkeling personality and quick wit.

He will be sorely missed.

I'm so sad to hear about Marc's passing. He put up a good fight and somehow managed to keep a positive attitude. I'm privileged to be able to have called him my friend.

Rest in peace, Marc. You'll be missed.

I am deeply sorry that Marc lost his valiant fight. He generously reprinted the Shaker handbook for the 50th class reunion, although he himself was unable to attend. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends, co-workers, and the thousands of students whose careers he helped shape. My deep condolences to all who knew and loved him. He is in a better place, free of the struggles and challenges of this life. God Bless him....Sincerely, Jim Winer
